Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Sincere Software LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (“Moneypenny”, “we”, “us”), the operator of moneypennyagent.com and app.moneypennyagent.com. By creating an account or using Moneypenny, you agree to them. If you use Moneypenny for an organisation, you agree on its behalf.

1. What Moneypenny is

Moneypenny is software for running persistent AI bots and coding agents on your own computers and working with them from a web browser. You install a connector on each computer (a “machine”) and pair it with your account. Our gateway passes traffic between your browser and your machines.

The bots run Anthropic's Claude Code or OpenAI's Codex on your machine, under your own Claude or ChatGPT subscription. Moneypenny does not provide, resell or pay for access to AI models. Your use of those models is governed by your agreements with Anthropic or OpenAI, and any charges for it come from them.

2. Your account

• You sign in with an email address you control, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
• Tell us at hello@moneypennyagent.com if you believe your account or a paired machine has been compromised. You can remove a paired machine from the app at any time.

3. Plans, billing and taxes

• Moneypenny is sold as a monthly subscription. The plans, their prices and the number of machines each allows are shown at moneypennyagent.com/#pricing. Every plan includes every feature; plans differ only in the number of paired machines.
• There is no free trial. Access starts when your first payment succeeds and renews each month until you cancel.
• Prices exclude taxes. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and added at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), which acts as the merchant of record and reseller for all orders. Creem's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
• You can change plans or cancel at any time from the billing portal. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If you move to a plan with fewer machines, machines above the new limit stop being reachable until you remove some or upgrade; nothing on them is deleted.
• If a renewal payment fails, access may be paused after a short grace period until payment succeeds.
• We may change prices. A new price applies from your next renewal after we tell you about it.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

4. Your machines, code and agents

• Your code, files, chats and bot data stay on your machines. You keep all rights to them and to anything your bots produce.
• Bots and agents act on your machine with the permissions you choose, which can include editing files, running commands and opening pull requests. You are responsible for choosing those permissions, reviewing their work and what is done with it.
• AI output can be wrong, incomplete or insecure. Check it before relying on it.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Moneypenny to:

• break any law or anyone else's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
• create or distribute malware, or gain unauthorised access to, attack or disrupt any system, network or account;
• send spam, run fraud or phishing, or create sexually explicit, abusive or hateful content;
• break the usage policies of Anthropic, OpenAI or any other provider whose tools your bots use;
• interfere with, overload or probe the Moneypenny service or gateway, or try to get around plan limits;
• resell or share access to Moneypenny outside your own account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules,.

6. Our service

We work to keep Moneypenny available and show its status at health.moneypennyagent.com, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Moneypenny depends on your machines being online and on third-party services such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Cloudflare and Google. We may change or improve features, and may add, change or remove features at any time.

Moneypenny, its software, name and design belong to us. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them while it is active.

7. Warranties and liability

Moneypenny is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data, or for actions taken by agents on your machines. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Moneypenny and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time, including immediately if you breach these terms. When your account closes, we handle your account data as described in our privacy policy. Your machines and everything on them are unaffected.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page, and continuing to use Moneypenny after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
