Refund Policy

We want you to be happy paying for Moneypenny. This policy explains when you can get your money back.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

14-day refund on your first payment

If Moneypenny isn't right for you, choose Refund and cancel in the app's account menu within 14 days of your first payment. We refund it in full straight away and end your plan; there is nothing to fill in. You can also email hello@moneypennyagent.com and we will do it for you.

Renewals and plan changes

• Monthly renewals are not refunded, and we do not refund part of a month after you cancel. You keep access until the period ends.
• When you upgrade or downgrade, the billing portal adjusts the charge for the rest of the period automatically.

Always refunded

• Duplicate charges or billing errors.
• Charges after you cancelled.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank. Creem's Buyer Terms also apply.
